This is an official size Wilson football. It is excellent to really play a game. I have used it on grass, sand (at the beach) and even water.
Its grip is also excellent. Five stars on my side.

The grip on this is amazing, not sticky, not slick, but it's almost impossible to drop if you catch it. Excellent tactile feel. I think it is smaller than NFL regulation, but it's great for my younger kids. I bought two. You can't beat the price. Good in all kinds of weather.

Bought this for the beach and it works fine,it's heavy enough that the wind won't own it. One of my friends was throwing lots of dead ducks, but his girlfriend had no problem making it spiral perfectly. We gave him a lot of grief for that. Don't throw it in the parking lot because the ball is nice enough that concrete can give it a lump.

I bought this football as a gift for a 13 year old kid. I think it's a great football for the price. It's a good size, has good texture, and looks fantastic.
I think it would be a great football for playing with in the yard. Overall I'm pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid pigskin at a low price.

This is my second Wilson MVP football (overinflated/ruined the first) and I can't be happier with it. It has great feel and seems to spiral on demand.
