Excellent water workoutDec 02, 2007
By P. Hughes Since being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis I have found warm water therapy invaluable. Watching this video has been very motivating. I haven't been able to purchase the equipment that they sell. But I have used many of their workout suggestions in the water which has helped a lot. I am going to purchase their equipment when my finances allow me to and I can't wait to use them. I would highly recommend this video to anyone whether they have arthritis, are a beginner or are an advanced athlete.

By Luis Guifarro This is the perfect companion of the Aqua jogger kit. It gives you a true notion of what you can do with the kit. The Aqua jogger comes with a DVD, but obviously it not very thorough. So is this extra DVD worth it?. I think so, doing the same exercises it's boring, and with this you could change your routine a bit. Also the exercises are divided in resistance levels, so you could start with the easy ones and then more challenging ones.
