5just the bestAug 06, 2010
By Art F. Christofersen
Ok first off these are about the best all around shoes that Reebok ever made. Note I did not say running shoes I said all around. They have great support. They are nicely cushioned without excess bulk. And they don't look half bad. I wear them for work because they are the only shoe that allows me to go for a full day on my feet without being in serious pain at the end of the day. The only downside that I can see is that Reebok is evidently redesigning them and the new ones are not the same and not as good. So beware if you go to buy them and a salesperson tells you 'this is the new improved version' It may be new but it's not improved. You can recognize the 'old style' from the pattern on the sole. (Or just be sure to buy em through amazon) Speaking of buying through amazon I seriously recommend it if you are sure of the size you want. Just dont be surprised when they arrive SOONER than you expect.

5Mid-range do it all shoeSep 28, 2010
By R Rated "Keeping it real"
I was prepared to not like these shoes as much as I hoped. Strange way to start a review so allow me to explain. I have bad feet. No getting around it, or any way to sugar coat the reality. Bad hoofs. That's me. As a result, most shoes don't get the job done in terms of comfort and durability. It's on those issues that caused concern on these Reeboks because I ordered them to use as an alternative to the sz 15 Brooks Beast shoes which I use on most of my long runs of 4 miles or more.

The Reeboks were thought to be a nice change of pace for those lighter workout days when I go only a couple of miles. Anyway, that was the thinking. As it turns out, my concerns were ill founded. The Reeboks are lighter on my feet but also provide the comfort and durability that I was hoping to achieve. They're also perfect for the gym and those 45 minute weight training sessions that I try to get in a few times each week. Another surprise: They can take the pounding of extended runs up to 6 miles and don't hurt my feet, although I'm not expecting to use them in that fashion very often.

The overall stability of the shoes is a little too flimsy as my right foot tends to pronate inward at the heel area for some reason once I'm warmed and up to speed. That's a small glitch of sorts and results in a slight downgrade, thus my 4 star rating. That aside, these shoes are better than I expected and represent a genuine value for the money.

UPDATE: I've since ordered TWO additional pairs of these shoes in order to rotate them and spread out the wear and tear. Obviously, these are terrific all purpose shoes in my way of seeing things. The two newer pairs, interestingly enough, don't have the pronation problem described in the inital pair. Why this is the case is unknown to me. Reebok has clearly hit it out of the park with this model and series. You cannot go wrong by ordering a pair to see and feel for yourself.

UPDATE#2: I've tried to wear them down but they have stood up to the pounding and daily use, to the point where I don't even use my heavier and more expensive Brooks or New Balance running shoes. That's amazing to me. The key is comfort and durability. These Reeboks have both of those qualities so why bother to live in denial? I'm upgrading my recommendation to a full 5 stars and with good empirical reasons.

5My Favorite Sneakers EverSep 21, 2010

I've been wearing this model for years. I love the way they look and feel. And they are incredibly light weight.
I can be on my feet all day with no discomfort. I would like to pass on one precaution: the toe is fragile where the sole curls up and is glued to the uppers. If you stub your toe, the sole will likely begin to "peel" away In spite of this shortcoming, I continue to buy them because they are so great! Also, I think the sizes may run a little small because I have to order 11 1/2 even though I've never been over 11 in any other shoe.

5Fit great, feel great, look awesome!Oct 12, 2009

Great comfort for everyday wear and provides good stop and go traction for athletic support, especially tennis, basketball and running. Have two white pairs for working out and for going out and both have lasted well and maintain great comfort. Looking to get a black pair to add to the collection as well. They last long, fit well and have a have a great look as well.

5Excellent ValueMar 04, 2009

I walk from the World Trade Center to south of Wall St and vice versa daily. This shoe has helped my feet and lower legs tremendously. Feels tight at first but is soooo efficient. A true winner.
