I purchased this item on August 13, 2011 arrived 1 week later was not in sealed packet so I am not sure if it was new or not. Put in phone and it only had 1 bar on the charge indicator. Connected to charger and left for 3 days still does not show to be charged. After 3 days on charger only 2 bars are showing. Disconnected and went to mall. Battery indicator down to 1 bar in less than 1 hour not using the phone.

It does the job. My original battery was on its last legs and wouldn't hold a charge. Frequently, it just shut off the phone. Not anymore. Next time, I won't wait so long to replace a dying battery!

This battery has long life. Ever since I bought the battery, I been only charging the battery once every week, compare to almost every day. It was a brand new battery when sent out to me.

I bought this battery in March 2012 as a replacement when the original battery for my LG-290CM phone decided not to hold a charge after 2 years of service. Granted, I could have simply gotten a new phone, but I did not care for the idea of entering some 450+ contacts manually. The only logical option was a replacement battery, So far the replacement battery is doing great.

I have not had any trouble with this replacement battery that I purchased for my mother's LG phone. I was scared about ordering batteries online because I was afraid to get one that was just a little bit too big/small/etc. This battery was perfect! It works great and fixed the problem that my mama was having with her phone. The price was much better than purchasing through any other retailer such as Radio Shack or AT&T.
