I stayed with my son's kids three weeks while "Mommy" was in the hospital. While I was there, I got on Amazon to find something for them to play with in their backyard. They love all sports and found this to be really fun. So did the neighborhood kids! The only problem was, I didn't realize it doesn't come with poles for set-up. It's a net, only, but I assumed everything needed was included. So, you do have to buy the poles in order to set the net up.

For the price this next has held up very well. The cable top is better than rope as it doesn't sag. I will be looking for another one just like this one in about 10 years when this one wears out.

My buddies and I play volleyball everyday at lunch and we've had this net for over a year now. It has held up longer than other nets but that's mainly due to the fact that we inserted another steel cable in the bottom tape of the net. The corners of the net have all torn from the grommetts so it will slide on the cables but it still works. For the price, I can't ask for much more from a net that gets used 5 days a week by grown men who don't necessarily follow the rules of not touching the net...

The orange color doesn't thrill me, but it seems very solid and well designed. The coated steel cable is the key because you can mount it with good tension and very little sag. I just put it up so will have to see how the netting stand up.
