My husband wears a size 13 shoe. Finding any socks that fit him properly is IMPOSSIBLE. The heels of the Gold Toe socks are actually at the back of his foot (where they belong!) instead of in his archway (where other brands land). Out of 20 pair of socks in his drawer (even long, thick ones for the winter), the Gold Toes are still his ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. He walks to work in NewBalance shoes and Gold Toes...and never complains about comfort (even in sub-zero temperatures!) Give them a try...you won't be disappointed!

I don't know why these socks were $14 for a 3 pack. They don't seem much better than what I can get at wallyworld and pay less than 1/2. Oh well, they do fit my size 13 feet pretty well.

When I was in junior high my doctor told me to start wearing white socks to keep my feet from getting an athletes foot type fungus. Good news... that worked. Bad news... I was forced to wear white socks forever. A couple of years ago, I started looking for some alternative. With the thought that my doctor may have been just trying to steer a kid away from nylon/polyester socks (white socks are generally cotton), I started looking for some quarter socks that I could wear with dress pants and shoes that weren't white. I tried these.. and they worked. Now these Gold Toe black quarter socks are all I wear. They pretty much go with everything.

I bought these for my husband to golf in during the summer and he loves them! They are thicker and more comfortable than the other brands of low cut socks he has worn for summer use. I would definitely recommend them!
