Great light for the Kindle 6"Sep 25, 2010
By W. M. McShan This reading light is the best one I've yet found for the new Kindles (Kindle 3G Wireless Reading Device, Free 3G + Wi-Fi, 6" Display, Graphite, 3G Works Globally - Latest Generation) with the smaller case. It's footprint is about right to clip to the edge of the case without obstructing the screen, and the illumination of the screen is uniform. Further, it is lightweight, compact, and grips the case nicely so that it doesn't slip. Price is right, too.

Fabulous Little Light!Sep 09, 2010

I bought this light on a whim for my husband since I was buying him a Kindle 2. Well, I "tested" his Kindle 2 with the light late at night in a completely darkened room and found the light to work marvelously well. It was easy to direct the light. The lighting was just enough to light the e-reader without waking him up. It's also very lightweight. And the light didn't dim after just a couple of hours of use. Another thing I like about the light is the clip. It has soft grippers that hold on really well but won't easily damage what they're attached to. Well designed, light weight and bright enough for late night reading.
I've since used the light to further illuminate my stitching. I just clip it right on to the hoop and aim it directly onto my project. I'm very satisfied!

Nice light but poorly designed neckJun 16, 2010
By Booklight lover Casts a nice, bright light; unit is small and lightweight; but the flexible goose-neck needs some backbone! - terribly "floppy" - will not hold to the position you set/desire. Bottom line: excellent light, terrific price, but poor execution make this only a so-so product... and hence a disappointment.

Clip=on lightJul 23, 2011
By Betty S. Guffin This is a wonderful product!Works well with a laptop or e-book and doesn't drain their power supply.It's also cheaper than buying the auxiliary ones.

Hubby can sleep soundly nowJun 07, 2010

Couldn't live without this! Clips easily to the book and is light enough so that you can easily use it while reading in bed without making the book too heavy to hold. It lights the whole reading area much better than other book lights. The flexible head is ideal. I have had four of these in the house and the battery life is much better than advertised.
