WOW IS THIS DVD THE WORST? FIRST OF ALL IT HAS A FLAW AT THE START,DOES NOT START FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.WORST OF ALL YOU CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THE LADIES TEACHING THE LESSON."NOT SPEAKING CLEAR AT ALL".THEN VERY SLOW WITH MOVEMENTS.LADIES ARE VERY CLUELESS.WOULD NOT EVER BUY SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER.WASTE OF YOUR TIME ALSO MONEY.REALLY WISHED I COULD GET MONEY BACK THAT I PAID FOR THIS VERY BAD DVD..DON'T BUY IT'S REALLY BAD...
