5Great way to relax and be fitMay 22, 2009

I like the instructor on this DVD. I do cardio on the Bosu but wanted something for more stretching and this is perfect. Just like the other DVDs in the series, you work your way up to being able to do everything. It is one step at a time but as you improve, you feel a real accomplishment

Someone said it was like you weren't doing anything at all. I strongly disagree. Unless you are an advanced fitness trainer this DVD does just what it says it does. I am very active. And I hit the gym everyday strength training and cardio. I also do yoga at home. As an older person of 45 years old I am making sure to keep my body working its best. This DVD puts a twist to conventional yoga and balance training. If you are looking to improve your balance and coordination this is the DVD for you. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

5The perfect follow up to Chalene Johnson's Long and LeanNov 07, 2011

If you have mastered the Long and Lean workout that came with the bosu and you enjoy the yoga/pilates style bosu workout, this is the perfect follow up. There are a lot of similarities between the two workouts. The Bosu Equilibrium takes it up to the next level. The yoga sequences are quite similar to Long and Lean, but Bosu Equilibrium adds on to those sequences and also offers more difficult variation options. According to my heart rate monitor, I burned approximately 322 calories during the 60 minute workout.

great 1 hr workout with basic yoga and pilates moves on a boss. definitely worth as part of my balance training for skiing and cycling

High quality product - better than some cheaper imitations, but the video is waaayyy tooooo difficult for beginners andpeople over 50. Get real guys and have something for those of us with older trunks to our bodies!
