Best of the seriesMay 22, 2009
By Joann Pratte This instructor is the best of the series and believe me each one in the series is great. She is so easy to follow but the workout is challenging. She also helps you to understand why you are doing what you are doing. I highly recommend this DVD and this instructor.

Challenging, interesting, effective, and informativeFeb 22, 2010
By pa beans If you are serious about strengthening your core, this DVD is terrific. The exercises are challenging, interesting, and highly effective. Candice clearly explains what to do and how to do it. For the more challenging exercises, she often includes an easier alternative. The title includes "Pro Series" and you can tell that it is geared towards personal trainers and physical therapists, as she includes so much information about why an exercise is done in a certain way, what to avoid, and what to aim for. I'm not a pro, but I find this information very helpful.

Are we dancing or is this Bosu?Nov 11, 2011
By K. Andresen This core workout is pretty tough! If you can get through "dancing" with your Bosu through the warm-up and acclimation & then do your best to take in all of her extreme, physical explanations of each move through the workout, you've got yourself one heck of a core ripper!
