ASICs are my favorite running shoes. Their quality is very consistent. I have continued to re-order them online over the years and have not been disappointed. I would recommend these shoes for others like myself who have narrower feet, flat feet (over-pronate) and/or require more stability.

I have had many pairs of ASICS shoes and I have enjoyed them all. They are very comfortable and fit my foot well. This pair is holding up well like the others and fits great. My only complaint and reason I didn't give the shoes 5 stars is the toe rubber is pealing a little. I still love them and would buy them again.

I have been in the Army for almost 7 years, and as such run ALOT. It is always a challange when I have to buy new running shoes. I have flat feet(amost no arches), and have had surgery on the bones of my right foot(there's stil a metal pin in there).
I love ASICS, they mae good quaity shoes, and they are not bady priced. The GT-2140's are pretty good shoes. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because they are a ittle stiff for me. This is purely a personnel preference, so it may be good for someone else.
If you are ooking for a good running shoe, that gives alot of support, and has great traction. Then these are the shoes for you.

I walk 3 miles a day everyday and I have been wearing the ASICS brand exclusively since 2007. While I don't put these shoes thru the paces that a runner would, I would say that I put them to the test walking hills, asphalt and concrete daily in them. The ASICS are a great fit for me.
This particular shoe was a great value - lower cost ($40.), well constructed, excellent support in the arch and heel and a good all around fit. One of my previous pairs of ASICS was the ASICS Women's GEL-Nimbus 11 which fit and feel was better but the heel fit was looser and cost twice as much. This running shoe as an all around errand shoe and fitness walking shoe is a fantastic deal. I did not give these a 5 star because they are a little stiffer than the ASICS Women's GEL-Nimbus 11 and I am still getting use to that.

What can I say.....Asics are amazing! I love my new Asics....the color is beautiful, the style is perfect, and they are very comfortable! This is my third pair of the Asics GT Trail Running Shoe. I don't think I'll every buy another brand of tennis shoe. Asics are the best! I could not find this specific style and color at the stores, and found them on Amazon. Amazon has everything! I placed my order, and received the shoes within a few days. I always trust that through Amazon my order will be timely, and exactly what I ordered...and if not, they will make sure to fix whatever the problem is. I will definitely be ordering through Amazon again. Actually, I just placed another shoe order yesterday :-)
